Privacy Policy
This site is deliberately simple. You download free maps and we ask for nothing in return. There is no account, no email step, and no contact form anywhere on the site.

Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through this website is Thorough Solutions OÜ, Ahtri 12, c/o E-Residency Hub, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Full company details are in thelegal notice. For any privacy question, or to exercise a right described below, write to[email protected].
What we never collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal detail. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, no contact form, and no payment. Downloads start immediately and require nothing from you. We run no advertising and no advertising trackers, and we never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which maps are downloaded most, which pages people arrive on, and roughly where visitors come from. This helps us decide which maps to make next.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes usage data including a randomly generated identifier, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the pages and files you open. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your full IP address. The service is provided to visitors in Europe by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep this data for no longer than fourteen months.
Analytics only run if you agree to them. Where local law requires your prior consent, nothing is set and nothing is sent until you accept on the banner shown when you first arrive, and the legal basis is that consent. Elsewhere, analytics start on arrival and this policy is your notice. Either way you can change your mind at any time using theCookie settings link at the foot of every page, which clears your choice and asks again. Declining does not restrict the site in any way: every map stays free and downloadable.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline automatically, wherever you are, and do not show you the banner at all.
You can read Google's own explanation in itsprivacy policy, and you can block Google Analytics on every site you visit with Google'sopt-out browser add-on.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how this site performs in Google Search, for example which searches show our pages and what position they hold. Search Console reports only anonymous, aggregated search statistics that Google already holds. It sets no cookies, runs no code in your browser, and receives no information about you from this site.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare records technical information when a page or file is requested, which can include your IP address, the time of the request, the file requested, your browser type, and the referring page. This is required to deliver the site, keep it available, and defend against attacks and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website. These logs are not used to build profiles, and Cloudflare retains them only briefly under its own policy.
External links
Some pages link to WMB Maps, which is operated by the same company but is a separate website with its own privacy policy. Those links carry a plain source tag so we can see how many people arrived from this site. The tag contains no information about you. Once you follow a link, the other site's policy applies.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with comparable law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent you have given, and to receive your data in a portable form. Because we hold no name or email address for you, we usually cannot connect a request to a specific record, but you are welcome to ask and we will explain what exists. You may also complain to your national data protection authority. In Estonia, where we are established, that is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Visitors outside the EU
The same practice applies wherever you are. We collect no contact details through this site, so under the Australian Privacy Principles, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, United States state privacy laws, and comparable regimes there is no personal profile to disclose, correct, or delete beyond the analytics and log data described above. The site is served from a global network, so files may reach you from a location near you.
Children
These maps are widely used in schools. We knowingly collect no personal information from anyone, of any age, and the site can be used entirely without accepting analytics.
Changes
If this site ever starts collecting something new, this page will say so before it does, and the date above will change.
